If ever you have to choose between a job that pays good but you don't have enough time for yourself, your wife and kids, would you take it? Then a job that pays not to high and not to low let say moderate pay and will give you a balance life, quality time to spend with your family and friends. I know lots of us today are in these situation. Mr. A is happy with his job but he needs to pa his bill everymonth and Mr B is very stress with his job but can afford to pay all the bills, go shopping and buy everything that he wants but don't have enough time with his family.
